I offer retainer services for more long term work. These are projects where continued support is required. I will usually work on specific outcomes with your team to make improvements in order to set them up for a better result on the next opportunity. This arms your team with the best support available. ONE OFF SERVICES
The only service I offer as a one off is the RFP Review & Action Plan. This is where I review one of more recently submitted bids, we have a call to discuss my findings, discuss your thoughts on this, while I put together an action plan of improvements.
