Hi, I’m Emma — a bid strategy consultant helping organisations in renewables and the wider built environment win high-value bids with clarity, confidence, and well-crafted strategy.

I work with business leaders to shape compelling proposals, streamline the bid process, and bring strategic direction to complex opportunities. My focus is simple: understanding what matters, communicating it clearly, and positioning your organisation to win.
