WORK WITH ME - THE PROCESS
As an experienced Bid Consultant, I generally offer two types of work. One off jobs on a day rate basis or a retainer service. I keep client numbers low so I can provide a bespoke service to those in my care. I come in to advise in a senior capacity - often to improve a written response, provide training or to help improve process or function over a longer term.
BESPOKE SERVICES
This is often where a business wants to “pick my brain” over the short term. It might be to talk about the bid function as a whole, review a recent RFP or put together an improvement plan over time. Working together over a few days to a week is often all that is needed.
RETAINER SERVICES
I offer retainer services for more long term work. These are projects where continued support is required. I will usually work on specific outcomes with your team to make improvements in order to set them up for a better result on the next opportunity. This arrangement works best for the majority of my clients.
