I show organisations how to plan, structure and write high-scoring bids. This means clearly communicating value to the evaluators which come sin the form of: business strategy, response writing, clarification questions and compliance scoring. Amongst other things.

Unfortunately not! There are so many variables within a bid win, and I am not in control of any of them. I can guarantee a stronger, clearer, higher-scoring submission when you work with us. A focus on improving structure, messaging, evidence, and alignment to the evaluation criteria. All of which maximises your chances of success.

I need to know everything you do, plus a little bit more! This will include details about your solution, case studies, team capabilities, operational process, internal documents which support compliance scoring. In an ideal world, you will have an up to date bid library or knowledge bank where all of this is kept and regularly updated.

The greater your involvement, the easier the win rate will come. The bid process is multi-faceted, meaning there are many factors which affect the win rate. To ensure the greatest chance of success, I will need full details about your service, case studies, operational detail and more. Having access to your team is essential if you want to win the work.

Of course. But the level of urgency will affect the level of depth and work possible. We always offer support on the rapid turn-around of bids, but naturally we prefer to be involved as early as possible. This ensures that we can give the greatest level of service and quality within the final submission. Where the deadline is short, we always prioritise clarity, accuracy and compliance as a minimum.

I mostly work with clients across Renewables and the Built Environment. However, I have worked across a variety of sectors in my 15 year career under this speciality of business development. The skill needed isn’t in your specific sector but instead the approach to data and research in line with the bid winning process.
