I show organisations how to plan, structure and write high-scoring bids. This means clearly communicating value to the evaluators which come sin the form of: business strategy, response writing, clarification questions and compliance scoring. Amongst other things.

Unfortunately not! There are so many variables within a bid win, and I am not in control of any of them. I can guarantee a stronger, clearer, higher-scoring submission when you work with us. A focus on improving structure, messaging, evidence, and alignment to the evaluation criteria. All of which maximises your chances of success.

I specialise in the strategy behind winning bids and proposals. I have 3 levels of work available but prefer to work with retainer clients or on one off projects. If you are looking for a “bid writer” - I am probably not the best fit due to the level of my expertise and the availability I have.
